On Saturday, November 26th, 2016, Suraj got on stage for his first open mic spot. Thus started a years-long series of bad financial decisions and foolish risks, which have panned out more than he ever could have hoped for.
He has performed everywhere from Melbourne Town Hall for SBS to aboard a moving train for Triple M.
With a combination of acute observations and deft storytelling, Suraj weaves a hammock of laughs for the audience to comfortably lie down into. Supremely confident on stage, Suraj goes at his own methodical pace, all the while having the audience in the palm of his hand.
